Raspberry Smoothie Bowl

This is art in a bowl! Like making a smoothie but it so much prettier. Top this bowl with whatever you have on hand. We used fresh raspberries, our homemade granola, toasted nuts and seeds, coconut, chia, almond butter and a raspberry purée. PS: no one will know there are hidden veggies in this either!

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 2 cups frozen raspberries

  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1/2 cup yogurt

  • 2 tbsp almond butter

  • toppings of your choice such as nuts, granola, dollop of almond butter, chia...


  • Blend all ingredients together in large blender. Pour into 4 bowls and top with your favourite things!
