Pumpkin Spice Energy Bites

Take that unused can of pumpkin purée out of your pantry and get mixing... This simple recipe is so delicious, flavourful and the best guilt free snack to have lying around. Here is our go to annual fall snack:



Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cup rolled oats

  • 1/8 cup ground flaxseed

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/8 tsp ground cloves

  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger

  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1/2 cup nut butter (almond, peanut)

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin purée

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips


Directions:

  • Combine all dry ingredients then add wet ingredients

  • Fold in chocolate chips

  • Roll mixture into 2 tbsp balls and store in fridge.
