Cool time: 30 mins
Here is the basic recipe:
Ingredients:
4 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cup nuts and seeds of your choice (We usually use pumpkin, sunflower and almonds)
1 tbsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup maple syrup
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 °F
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix everything together in a large bowl.
Press granola mixture evenly into a baking sheet.
Bake for 25-30 mins, or until golden, tossing halfway through.
Let cool completely without mixing for at least 30 mins. This will allow for the crunchy chunks in granola that we all love.
