When Tessa was about 5 we started going religiously every year. It is always a full day event, with a planned stop to watch the fashion show, eat every possible food sample and talk to every vendor about their craft. A few years ago Tess was catching an evening flight for (yet another) ski trip across the world. It was the first day of the OOAK show but there was just no way she was missing it, so with the car packed to the brim with ski bags and clothes for a month worth of skiing, we went downtown before the flight and browsed the aisles.
