Dessert Charcuterie Board

We all know and love classic charcuterie boards, but we decided to put a twist on it and make a dessert board for the holiday season. Don't get us wrong, we will still be making the appetizer board filled with cheese and yummy crackers but this dessert board changes everything. Putting out a spread with variety is key, where everyone can find something they love!

We made oven baked S'mores dip in a small cast iron pan, accompanied with graham crackers for dipping (of course). A big batch of Turtles Snickerdoodle Cookies from Halfbaked Harvest, and peanut butter blondies with chocolate frosting. So simple, yet soo delicious.

Directions for the Skillet S'mores Dip

  • Preheat the oven to 400° F

  • Add chocolate chips into a 6 inch cast iron skillet pan, about 1/2 an inch to coat the bottom of the pan.

  • Add marshmallows to cover the pan

  • Bake in oven for around 10 minutes or until golden brown and marshmallows puff up

  • Serve with graham crackers to dip and enjoy this gooey goodness

If you do not have a small cast iron pan, any small baking dish will work for this!

Turtles Snickerdoodle Cookies inspired by Halfbaked Harvest

We made a big batch of these cookies and they are so perfect. We used Turtles Original Chocolate, and instead of pretzels, used flaky Malden salt on top after baking. We baked them on our favorite silicone baking mat that we swear by- they make the bottom of the cookies perfectly golden-brown. These cookies are our definition of perfection.

Peanut Butter Blondies with Chocolate Frosting

These have the texture of brownies but are flavoured with chocolate and peanut butter. Come on, how could you resist?! Find the recipe here.

Hot Chocolate

The Creemore Coffee Company's 'Magnificent Milk Chocolate' mix is life changing. So rich and creamy, it is perfect for any occasion. Enjoy a cup of this alongside your dessert board and trust us, you will not be disappointed.

These boards are so playful and that is why we loved making ours. Add your family's favourite holiday cookie or easy bar and have fun with it!

Enjoy as a group on a chilly afternoon by the fire or after dinner.

Happy baking xx 2DA
