Thanks to Aidan (2DA fav brother/son) for introducing us to these bites of yum!
Restaurants are open, then closed, then open again, then... you get the picture. With all this fluctuation why not bring restaurant style brussel sprouts to your home? What more could anyone ask for in times like these (or in any times quite frankly 🤤).
1 1/2 lbs brussel sprouts 3 tbsp olive oil, divided Sea salt
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar 2 tbsp honey 2 tbsp white wine vinegar 3 tbsp vegetable oil 1 small shallot, diced
Directions: Heat oven to 450°, and put sheet pan in the oven as well to heat up. Trim ends off sprouts and cut in half. Toss with 1 tbsp olive oil, a pinch salt and ground pepper.
Once oven comes to 450°, take pan out and place sprouts face down on the heated pan.
Cook for 25 mins for a soft inside but crispy outside. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl or mason jar and stir to combine.
Remove pan from oven and toss with dressing.
You will never make your sprouts differently after this 😊
